Furniture Delivery


As each piece of furniture is unique there's no standard delivery charge, we will advise this on a piece-by-piece basis. For large orders we offer a delivery service within 30 miles of Aberystwyth. We also offer a collection option. For those further afield, smaller pieces are sent out via national delivery services such as DPD or Yodel. We are able to ship larger pieces via a pallet delivery service. We make sure package everything very well so it's in perfect onidition when it reaches you!




What is the process of ordering a bespoke item?


Please use the 'contact us' form to get in touch - give us some details of what you want, approximate dimensions etc. and we will get back in touch with you to discuss. We can be as involved or as hands-off as you like - so you can either send us sketches, photographs or other inspiration that you would like us to work from, or we can work with you to design a fully unique piece just for you.




Can I just order new cabinet doors?


Yes, we offer everything from new cabinet doors and drawer fronts to whole new bespoke kitchens. We can also match existing door styles if you want to add more units to an existing kitchen. We'll be updating our website soon with some examples of typical cabinet doors that you can order but can always create something bespoke if you want. Please get in touch with us using the 'Contact us' form and we can help make your kitchen amazing!




What if I'm not happy?


We can't fix everything but we can help address all your furniture-related woes! We want everyone to be 100% happy and love their bespoke products so if you're not totally satisfied please get in touch with us and we can work with you to get everything sorted. We send people photographs of their order prior to shipment so you can see exactly what you are getting and make sure you're 100% happy before despatch. All of our products shipped are very well packaged to avoid damage in transit and are shipped using fully insured couriers.




How long will my order take?


Our bespoke service usually takes between 6-8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your order. We will do our best to accomodate your needs if you get in touch.




How do I place an order online?


We're currently not accepting payment directly through our website as we need to contact you first to make sure we get all the customisations you want in place for your order. If you see anything you like in our shop section please then contact us using the 'contact us' section of the website or mpjoinery@live.co.uk. We can then discuss the exact sizes and customizations you want and can then send you an invoice. We accept payment through BACS or PayPal.
